Sun Life Financial is a huge supporter of Gilda's Club Barrie Ontario. On Thursday, June 5, Sun Life will be having their Golf Tournament to benefit Gilda's Club Barrie Ontario.

Gilda's Giant Garage Sale - 07 Jun 2008

The 3rd Annual Gilda's Club Garage Sale in partnership with Westside Evangelical Lutheran Church takes place Saturday June 7th, rain or shine. We will have a BBQ sponsored by Sobeys (Bayfield & Mapleview). Once again Frito Lay CHIP IN program will assist in moving the items to the sale location at Westside Church 506 Ferndale Dr North. We'll have garage sale items for everyone...tools, an air hockey table and home decor items just to name a few. Along with the BBQ there will be a draw for a Sobeys Gift Bag. There will also be a special table for children to pickup free fun stuff while supplies last. Bring the whole family and let your friends know about this great community event!!

Crazy Quilt Draw - 08 Jun 2008

In October of 2007, the Tollendale Quilting Group generously donated the Crazy Quilt to Gilda's Club Barrie Ontario to be raffled and for all proceeds to go towards "Opening the Red Door". The Crazy Quilt Draw will be held on June 8th at Burl's Creek. Raffle Tickets are still available and only $2.00 each! Tickets can be purchased at our office, don't miss your chance to win this beautiful quilt.

A Summer Garden Party. Sunday June 15, 2008 3pm-7pm at The lakeside home of Sab and Kathy Ravalli on Ladywood Lane, Innisifil. Hosted by Camilla Scott and Glenn Coulson

Build for Gilda's - 20 Jun 2008

The Greater Barrie Home Builders Association (GBHBA) and the Barrie Construction Association (BCA) have joined forces to build a home between June 20 and 22 to benefit Gilda's Club.

The plan is to build a house from the ground up over a weekend, sell it and donate the proceeds to Gilda's Club. The funds from the sale will go to Gilda's Open the Red Door Capital Campaign

TD Waterhouse 5th Annual Children's Charity Golf C - 24 Jun 2008

Please join us for a great day of golf, friends, dinner and prizes. The tournament & dinner will be held at Innisbrook Golf Course, 2957 Lockhart Road, Barrie, Ontario.

The format will be a 4-person scramble. Registration and boxed lunch will begin at 11 AM. The golf will begin with a shotgun start at 12 PM rain or shine. The cost will be $125 per person or $500 per foursome.

All funds raised from this event will help to support Noogieland a special playroom for children's support and activities in Gilda's Club Barrie Ontario.
